Harris Teeter Customer Survey Sweepstakes Rules & Requirements
To enter the Harris Teeter Customer Satisfaction Survey and then participate in the drawing contest of the applicable monthly period, you must fulfill some certain requirements such as
- Must be a legal resident of Delaware, the District of Columbia, Georgia, Maryland, North Carolina, South Carolina, or Virginia.
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older at the time of entering the sweepstakes.
- Visit a participating Harris Teeter store and receive a cash register receipt with a survey invitation.
- Must not be an employee, officer, director of Harris Teeter LLC and its parent, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, and the associated companies, or their immediate family members or any person in the same household.
- You must complete the survey within 5 days of the purchase date printed on the receipt.

There are two ways to enter the Harris Teeter Customer Satisfaction Survey Sweepstakes-: Online and by Mail. You can choose any of them according to your convenience.
Online Entry
- Visit the survey site on your Harris Teeter Survey Invitation or go to www.htsurvey.com
- Click on the “Continue” button.
- Type the 16-digit Survey Entry Code in the fields on the next page. (If you have difficulty to locate the info on your invitation see the sample receipt image posted to find it)
- Click ‘Start’ to proceed.
- Answer the survey questions; rate your satisfaction as per your recent visit to the store.
- After completing the survey, you will be required to fill out an online entry form providing the required details with a valid email address to enter the draw.
Mail-In Entry
If you do not have the survey invitation or would not like to make any purchase or complete the survey, you can take part in the Harris Teeter Customer Survey Monthly Sweepstakes by mail. For that, you will need to hand print your name, address, city, state, zip code, age, phone number, and email address on a 3”×5” paper, and mail it to the following address

Remember, your mail-in entry must be postmarked by the first day of any entry period and received by the last day of such month. Only hand-printed mail-in entries are eligible to enter the draw.
A Few Important Notes on Harris Teeter Customer Survey Sweepstakes
- One winner will be drawn on or about the 15th of each month from all eligible entries received the prior monthly period.
- The winners will be notified by mail and they must respond with all the required formalities within 14 days of being notified.
