In the online survey, you will be asked a few simple questions about the product and service you received in your recent shopping with Primark. In the end, you will automatically enter into the applicable drawing period.

A participant will receive 10 chances to win €1000 in the daily prize draw. Plus, they can instantly win other great prizes valued at €1500, 3 prizes each consisting of €500 euros, in the Weekly Sweepstakes.
Penneys Customer Survey Sweepstakes Rules & Requirements
To complete the Tell Penneys Customer Survey online and be eligible to receive a free entry to the Drawing Contest, you will need
- To be a legal resident of 50 US, District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, Canada, UK, the Republic of Ireland, Germany, Denmark, Honduras or the Republic of Korea.
- Reach at least 18 years of age at the time of sweepstakes entry.
- Must not be an employee, officer, director of Primark, Penneys, InMoment or Empathica and their associated companies or any of their immediate family member or person living in the same household.
- Visit a Primark Ireland/Penneys store lately to make a purchase and receive a special cash register receipt with a survey invitation and entry code printed on it.
Tell Penneys Survey Sweepstakes Entry
The eligible participants have three ways -Online, by Phone or Mail to take part in the Primark Ireland or Penneys Sweepstakes. Below are brief descriptions of each method. You can select any of them as per your preference.
Online Entry
- For this entry, you need to keep your Penneys receipt which has the survey invitation to hand and visit the survey URL given on it or go to www.tellPenneys.ie
- Choose your language from the list and click “ENTER” to continue.
- Enter the 13-digit Survey Entry Code from your receipt in its field at the lower right to ensure that your feedback reaches Penneys store manager. (If you have a problem to locate the code on your Primark receipt look at the sample receipt image in the middle of the page)
- Click on the “ENTER” link to start.
- Respond to the survey questions truthfully as per your experience with Primark.
- Fill out the sweepstakes entry form providing the required details to enter the daily and weekly draw for the chance to win the available prize.
Phone or SMS Survey Entry
If you would not like to take the survey online, you can complete the survey by calling the toll-free number provided on your Penneys survey invitation receipt and follow the recorded prompts. For the SMS entry message your survey response to the number in the Invitation instructions. At the conclusion, give your Sweepstakes Entry information to enter the applicable Monthly Draw of the Sweepstakes.
Mail-In Entry
Or without making any purchase or taking a survey, you can send a mail-in entry request to participate in the Sweepstakes. To enter by mail, handprint this sentence: “Please enter me in the Empathica Daily Sweepstakes for a chance to win one (1) Daily Prize” or “Please enter me in the Empathica Weekly Sweepstakes for a chance to win great prizes” along with your first name, last name, home telephone number, full address (No PO Box), email address and the name of the participating client: Primark and mail it in an envelope with proper postage to one of the following address.

A Few Notes on Tell Penneys Survey Sweepstakes
- All valid entries will be entered in the draw for the daily sweepstakes for the day or the following Weekly Sweepstakes in which they are received.
- The winners may be required to answer the Skill testing questions by jurisdiction to claim the prize.
- The prizes will be awarded in the form of a check or money order in euros.
- The prize will be sent to the winner within 60 days of the applicable draw date.
