Online entry via the online Fopp Customer Survey is the only way to take part in the Sweepstakes. So, if you are an invited member or eligible customer, keep your Fopp purchase receipt or invitation card ready, and follow the steps provided below to initiate the survey.

- Click on the “Continue” button to proceed.
- Select whether you made a purchase on that visit.
