HomeGoods invites the customers to participate in the HomeGoods Customer Satisfaction Survey and share their experience about the products and services they received on their most recent shopping with HomeGoods. And to value the participants’ honest feedback and appreciate them taking the time to complete the survey, all eligible individuals will be given an opportunity to enter the HomeGoods Customer Satisfaction Sweepstakes for free to win a great prize.
HomeGoods Customer Survey Sweepstakes Prize
One $500 HomeGoods Gift Card will be awarded to Each Monthly Prize Winner.
There are a total of 12 Monthly Prize, 1 for Each Entry Period, are available to be won. The total prize pool is $6000.
HomeGoods Survey and Sweepstakes Rules & Requirements
In order to take part in the HomeGoods Customer Satisfaction Survey and enter into the applicable monthly drawing contest, the participants must be eligible and comply with the contest rules. Like they will need to
- Be a legal resident residing in one of the 50 United States including the District of Columbia and Puerto Rico
- Their age must be at least 18 years or above or the age of majority in their respective states.
- Visit a participating HomeGoods store lately during the sweepstakes period and receive a purchase receipt with a survey invitation for the online survey.
- Must not be the employees, officers, representatives, and directors or their immediate family members of HomeGoods, its affiliates, subsidiaries, and associated agencies or anyone related to the program.
HomeGoods Customer Satisfaction Sweepstakes Entry
There are two ways to be entered into the HomeGoods Customer Satisfaction Sweepstakes: Online Survey and Mail-In Entry. Below are the brief descriptions of both to complete them properly to be eligible for the applicable month’s draw.
Online Entry
- Go to the survey website printed on your HomeGoods survey invitation or visit www.homegoodsfeedback.com.
- Enter the required pieces of information i.e. Survey Number, Date and Time of the visit from your HomeGoods receipt. (A sample receipt image will be provided on right side of the survey entry page to help you locate those numbers on your original receipt)
- Click on the “Start” button.
- Answer the questions recalling your latest experience with HomeGoods.
- Submit the required details and you will automatically be entered into the random drawing applicable to that entry period for a chance to win the $500 HomeGoods Gift Card.
Mail-In Entry
The customers, who do not wish to take the online survey or make a qualifying purchase to receive the survey invitation, can also have the option to enter HomeGoods Sweepstakes. For that, they will need to legibly hand-print their full name, complete mailing address, phone number, and email address on a 3”×5” card or paper and mail it in a #10 envelope affixed with proper postage to the following address:

A Few Important Notes on HomeGoods Survey & Sweepstakes
- All mail entries must be postmarked by the final day of the month and received by the fifth day of the next month to be entered into the sweepstakes.
- The Monthly drawings will be held on or about the 10th day of the following month.
- Winners will be notified by telephone, email, and/or USPS mail or other home delivery service of the sponsor’s choice.
- The winner must respond with required formalities within 7 days of getting notified to claim their prize.
