- The participant must be a legal citizen of the United Kingdom and the Republic of Ireland and must be at least 16 years of age or more.
- The recent visit to the ODEON cinemas is required to enter the survey.
- The employees, staff, officers, sponsors or anyone affiliated with the ODEON company are not eligible for the survey.
- The gift card won in the survey cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative and is non transferable.
- The voucher can be redeemed at any ODEON theatres except Leicester and Islington.

- Select the theatre that you visited from the dropdown.
- Enter the date of your visit and the timings of the show and click on next.
- In the next page enter the name of the movie that you saw in the field provided.
- Rate the film according to your likeness and click on next.
- Read the privacy policies and confirm that you are above 16 years of age and click on next.
- After entering the survey you will be asked regarding the experience of your visit, value for your money, experience of the booking and the overall satisfaction.
- Answer all the questions honestly and correctly as it will help in the improvement of the products and services in the future.
- Give your feedback in the comment boxes provided and click on next.
- After answering all the questions you will be asked to enter the sweepstakes.
