- The participants must be a legal citizen of Canada and must be at least 18 years of age or more.
- A recent receipt of the Toy R Us store must be available to enter the survey.
- The employees, officers, sponsors, staff or anyone affiliated with the Toys R Us company are not eligible for the survey.
- The gift card provided cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternatives and is non transferable.
- The whole survey must be completed to enter the sweepstakes.

- Enter the store ID and the transaction ID as provided on the receipt.
- Enter the register number and the date of the transaction in the next fields.
- Select your age and click on the button confirming to all the policies.
- Enter the captcha provided and click on submit.
- After entering the survey you will be asked regarding the experience of the visit, availability and quality of the products and services, behaviour of the staff and the overall satisfaction.
- Answer all the questions correctly and honestly as it will help in the improvement of the product and services in the future.
- Give your valuable feedback in the comment boxes provided and click on next.
- After answering all the questions you will be asked to enter the sweepstakes.
- Agree to the notification and provide your personal details such as name, phone number, email id and complete postal address accurately.
- Congratulations you have successfully entered into the Toys R Us sweepstakes and will be notified once you win the prize.
