About BJ’s:
BJ’s or BJ’s Wholesale Club Holdings Inc. is an American warehouse club chain that has 216 locations and 136 gas stations. It is a membership-only club chain and founded in the year 1984 and is headquartered in Westborough, MA. The name of the company was derived from the initials of the daughter of the president of the company Beverly Jean Weich. BJ’s offers a member’s pricing which gives discounts to the members and many other benefits. The membership buyers will have discounts on lots of merchandise and the non-members could be surcharged from 5-15%, but if they opt to buy the membership the surcharge will be refunded within 7 days. The services provided to the members include car rentals, gas stations, an optical department, gas, and home heating oil and vacation packages. It closed its pharmacies department in 2007.
