The information you provide as a survey entrant will be used only to improve Sephora products and services; not be utilized for sales or any other purpose. In addition, you will be invited to enter Sephora Survey-For-A-Chance-To-Win monthly sweepstakes for a chance to win a gift card at the conclusion of the survey.
Sephora Customer Feedback Survey Sweepstakes Prize
A $250 CDN Sephora Gift Card is available to be won in each monthly drawing of Sephora Canada Sweepstakes. There is a total of 12 prizes and the total value of all Prizes during the Sweepstakes Period is $3000 CDN.
Sephora Canada Survey Sweepstakes Rules & Requirements
In order to participate in the Sephora Customer Feedback Survey Sweepstakes, all the participants will need to comply with the prize draw contest rules such as
- Must be a current legal resident of Canada
- Have reached the age of majority in the province or territory of you reside as of the sweepstakes entry
- Must not be an employee, officer, director, shareholder, agents or representative of Sephora, Medallia, and any person of their subsidiaries, associated companies, or any of their immediate families or household members or anyone else professionally connected with this promotion.
- Visit a participating Sephora store and receive the purchase receipt to get the necessary details or be able to recall that experience if you will not save the receipt to enter the survey contest online.
Sephora Canada Customer Feedback Survey Sweepstakes Entry
Taking the Sephora Customer Feedback survey online and enter the Monthly Prize Draw is simple and easy. It takes less than 10 minutes of your time to complete. Below are a brief guide provided for you to initiate the survey procedure right way.
Online Entry
- Visit the Sephora Canada Survey website, survey.medallia.com/sephora/canada.
- Click on the “BEGIN SURVEY” button found near the bottom middle of the page.
- Select the date and approximate time of your most recent visit to a Sephora store.
- Click on the “Next” button and select State or Province and Sephora Store Name from the given list.
- Click on the “Next” button again and begin the survey
- Complete the survey based on your experience with Sephora
- Upon completion, you will be asked to fill out an online entry form.
- Submit the entry form according to the direction on the screen and you will recent one free entry into the Prize Drawing that corresponds to the Monthly Sweepstakes in which you participate in it.
Entry without Survey
If you are an eligible customer, you may also take part in the Sephora Canada Sweepstakes online without completing the survey. For that, you will need to visit survey.medallia.com/?sephoraswsca&unit=222. Reaching the designated page, complete the online entry form providing all required information i.e. first name, last name, address, city, province, zip code, email address, and daytime phone number. Click the “Finish” button to be entered into the applicable Sephora Gift Card Monthly Random Drawing.

A Few Important Notes on Sephora Canada Sweepstakes
- Apart from these two entry methods mentioned above, no hand or e-mail deliveries of entries will be accepted.
- Each entry, with or without a survey, is eligible for only one monthly sweepstakes period. Additional entries will be disqualified and removed.
- The random drawing of each Monthly Sweepstakes will be conducted on the 15th of the month following the end of the applicable Sweepstakes Period.
- One winner will be selected randomly in each draw and will be contacted by email or telephone.
- The selected winner must respond to the phone or email notification within 5 business days of the first attempt made to contact him/her.
- Prize can be redeemed at only at Sephora retail stores in Canada.
